What Is Under the Waves -Acrostic

Warnings on the shore throw red flags at danger
Hail stones make noise on planks in anger
Attack the pirate ships that crash the lifeless rocks
The ice by now turns into rain but can't turn back

It matters not to nature that they came this way
Sailors can't see or read the color red from nights mistakes

Under the cloak of darkness observations make them blind
Nautical naivety is mean to those who have no sight to see
Drowning in new depths of ignorance
Eager to look the other way as ships collide and break
Regardless of what rocks and waves might have to say

The land will carry on with mischief
Hard objects like rocks and hail don't move alone in storms
Even though they take their toll on men and what they own

Who tries to walk on water to understand the granite black?
At dusk the damage is irrevocable on the rocks
Vulnerabilities, agendas, exposed above the surface roll
Every ship will have to pay a price when seas arise
Silence will be floating among the splinters and debris at night
