What Is the Cost

See to believe in what now has to offer up to the Great I Am. We
Speak the words that plant solid ground, letting go of the hurt, the tears,
the flame of unfairness, sorrows, grief, dirty hands, even
Pains of doubts, fears, blame what is the cost?
Should we speak now or ride the silent train, understanding our shallow frame,
how frail we are in this world called earth, understanding the gain
but still refrain from small talk, digestion nothing gained.
As the breeze blows through the trees and the wind of the season
repeats to go and flows to another reason; time waits for no one
Time, when sometimes late, now we see the pathway very clear
after it is nothing but too late tears, foggy, dusty roads to see what could have been
Now a memory of what is left in our space and place in the earth, our rainy days and happy times
of today, of now, not knowing in the end what tomorrow will bring, climbing the uncertain
mountain of what if! So we pray
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures he leadeth me beside the still waters he restoreth my soul he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil for thou art with me thy rod and thy staff they comfort me Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies thou anointest my head with oil my cup runneth over surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever

What is the cost! What is the cost?
