What Is the Baby Name

I ask how old the new baby is at his house.
He says twenty-six
I have seen it
It might be two- or three-months old tops
Twenty-six days?
Possibly.

Next I ask if it is a girl or a boy
He has been the baby for six years
Obviously does not want to relinquish his title
I don’t know he tells me
What is the baby’s name?

Not sure.
He really does not want to give up his
power of being the baby.

Sounds like he's in big-time denial. Nope, not gonna give it up!

He is gone now. Long story.

It will be the first time that he doesn't want to hear what a big boy he is...

I discovered yesterday that I was wrong. He has not been the baby for three years; he has a three-year-old sister.
