What Is Love

You cannot define love
Even if you confer
With Webster dictionary, 
It is not that easy
To define love.

Love is all sorts of things.
It has different types
For example,
Love from our parents
Or love from husband to wife.

So if you ask me, what is love?
Honestly,
I don't know exactly. 
But one thing I'm sure.
Love is a special gift,
Not for sale.

Judy Konos March 12, 2013 at 11:09 PM My brother, a Priest once said to me as we were talking about loving people and I of course said Oh I love him more than her. He looked at me smiled and said, "How do you measure love?" silence fell and he responded, "You Can't".... Your poetry reminded me of this long ago memory...so thanks
