What is love?
What is love?
Is it a catchy song you hear in the car?
Is it the feeling you get when you lock eyes with a friend from across a room?
Is it the connection you feel when you brush hands with a crush?
Is it the warmth you feel at the sight of your partner?
Is there truly a way to define something that has ruled over our world since its existence?
Does it truly even need defining?
Or is that just to soothe the human conscience?
Love may not be physical,
Hell it might not even be real.
But know this,
No matter who you are,
No matter where you’ve been,
No matter your appearance,
No matter any factor you think may determine your worth.
There is always at least one person who loves you.
And to anyone that may need even just an ounce of love in this world so full of hate,
I love you
