what is it that brings these tears?
though it is not me 
a man sipping coffee
alone in the shop
watching others laugh 
or 
is it the thought of 
the woman sitting alone 
drinking in her room 
trying to remember 
how to
 
what is it that brings these tears?
why can't I stop?
