What Is a Miracle

I will say this, miracles CAN happen ... and they CAN'T ...

       As with many things in this world, it is about interpretation -

Validation of "miracles", in reality, depends on our individual perspectives,

       Semantics, context, reference, intent, ALL have crucial bearing.

I personally struggle with believing ANY kind of supernatural occurrence ...

       I depend on proof, substance, and the tangible elements around me.

Then I think of my children being born, intricate processes of the body, etc.

       Yes, for ME, it is all about how one defines and applies the word.

Perhaps it is, or perhaps as the Bard put it (in rough paraphrase), there are things in this world far beyond your philosophy--or your science for that matter. Once you experience such, you can never rest solid in any notion...congrats on your win. Gregory Richard Barden May 2, 2019 at 10:01 AM I'm not saying a miracle is just a definition, I'm saying that whether or not one BELIEVES in miracles depends on their personal definition of the word itself. I have always leaned toward the explainable and evidenced, but I merely have to watch even the simplest processes of life and creation, (of which we are surrounded with daily), to believe in miraculous things, whatever definition others apply to the word. Thank you, my friend! :-)
