What I'M Made Of
WHAT I’M MADE OF...
A health assessment is needed
My eating’s under scrutiny
My husband told them, he’s told me,
“Gotta drink more water, less “Iced Tea”
.
Basic body measurements take
And want my body mass index
Plus waist to hip circumference
And variety of other specs.
Told me, to turn our evening stroll
“Into a two mile power walk”
What an unreal crazy idea
Time I start to complain and balk!’
Told to “sizzle in hot water”
Thought they meant me... in a “Hot Tub”
Nope!…Naked veggies, potatoes
After, they get a healthy scrub.
Said, “ Gotta see what I’m made of”
So.. when I’m scheduled to come back,
I’ll bring menu’s to show them…
Chocolate, chicken, fish and “Big Mac!
