What If He's A Fascist?
Ever
since
the day
she
died
he has
unfortunately
changed
for
the
absolute
worst
and
since then
he lies
a lot
and
regularly
acts
like
he
is
better
than
others
who have
nothing
to their
name
and always
tries to
dim
my
light
but I
will not
let him
break
my
spirit.
I do tire of narcissistic old Machistas who think they're God's gift to the Earth so I tried to imagine what it is like to be in the same house as a fascist even though I literally don't even know what that is like. For the most part, I live pretty comfortably and am blessed to have good people around me. However, I do live with a toxic Catholic woman with untreated mental illness; she's insecure and self-destructive, and secretly likes creating chaos. I do my best to ignore her tantrums.
Also, this is to fellow poet Alison Smith: I tried to be polite but I am tired of seeing your weird misinterpretations and unsolicited clinical analysis in my email notifications. You're literally the reason WHY I regularly have to add clarifications on *even my imaginative poems* to avoid misinterpretations. You're definitely going to be staying blocked this time. Your silence is my peace.
