What If?

What if,
there never was a universe,
would it be for better or worse?

there never was an earth,
would there then be any worth?

there never was a night,
how could there be light?

there never was a sky,
then where would a bird fly?

there never was a sea,
then where would the fishes be?

there never was a tree,
then where would the world be?

what if there never was a man?
there could be no pollution,
what would then be the effect on evolution?

What if,
there never was a Man?

Things would probably be better off! Thanks for the write, very nice read, light but with a deeper question behind it.
