What I Wanted To Say
I always chose to love you
Even when you chose to walk away
I never intentionally did anything to hurt you
And I never made a choice knowing that it would hurt you
I would’ve always chosen us over me
Always
I know I did hurt you
Unintentionally
And I deal with that every day
I would apologize again and again
If I knew it would change anything
But I know it won’t
Just know, I always chose us over me
