What I Fear

Sweet darkness, swallows the light.
We fight, but we cannot succumb.
Frightening words, lead to sorrow.
Lie in the comfort, of sweet calamity.
I now have nothing left to lose.
Goodbye, until we meet again.
Heaven where is my angel,
where has she gone?
Take my hand, and help me survive here.
Trapped, I cannot be freed.
Your sweet voice, is what I need.
Goodbye my friend,
Goodbye my love.
I cannot stay here.
Leaving you is what I fear,
but the heartache takes me away.
