What I Am
There are words I need to say,
Thoughts I need to share.
Opinions I need to give,
And truths I need to speak.
If I was to take this moment,
To tell you all I feel.
The truth may hurt,
It may not be what you want to hear.
It’s simple and plain to see,
My life has been lived for you not me.
There are words I need to say,
And today maybe the day!
