What Has Changed

I cannot wait until you come to my class, the teacher says.
I am surprised; last year she did not want me in there at all.
This year she is excited to see me! What has changed?
Has she loosened up her reins? Does she see a break?
An interesting change of events; no idea how it has transpired.
I know it will be much easier to walk in there today than last year.

L Milton Hankins November 11, 2021 at 8:17 AM I, too, wonder what changed. Perhaps she saw how your visit actually benefitted her students last year? Hmm...I don't know. Wait! Some teachers are very jealous of their classrooms. Hmmm....but with experience most of them get over it.
