What Fascinates Me

The cascading stream murmurs as it flows on plateau through the draping emerald forest fostering opulence, splashes silver streaks on the wavy contours of the vale with flicking torrent like the swan flock in fervent flight. It meanders in lively loops on verdant swathe of ferns, sprinkling with exuberant strings of splattering pearls. It glides serenading through their symphony of silence, blending with the whispering tune of the rippling wind. Flying over the crystalline water of the bubbling flow, the returning robins twitter joyous springtime song. As in the boughs of trees the new satin leaves rustle, beguiling butterflies flitter around color burst flowers. The sapphire night sky above silhouetted forest canopy, wears the bejeweled stellar crown of the twinkling stars, silver tinsels trickle through diaphanous moonshine film, in a trance I’m fascinated by nature’s awesome splendor. ________________ May 22, 2022 Contest : Fascination And Awe Sponsored by : Jeff Kyser
