What Does Poetry Mean To You
I see myself in the words I pen.
I see an escape from the world I live in.
I use words to make others feel good.
I use words to help me be understood.
If it wasn't for poetry I would be an empty vessel you see..
Poetry gives my candle the strength to stay lit.
Poetry is who I am.
