What Do You Say After You Said Good-Bye
After you said good-bye, what do you say,
Come back soon and visit us all.
I will not meet someone as handsome as you are,
I love you my handsome prince.
He doesn't know that I fell in love with him,
Proposing marriage can't come.
Didn't wish to go on a date,
I think he had a girlfriend.
We had a beautiful friendship for awhile,
I hoped that would last forever.
For Christmas Santa, i wished he would send him to me,
You have to believe in miracles.
Days go by and I miss him, his hugs and kiss,
What could you do, you have to continue as always.
God blesses us with friendship, the friend doesn't always stay,
Miracles continue and I am simply thankful.
