What do I do
When you told me
I love you
It is hard for me
To love again
My heart's been broken
It still needs to mend
Don't get me wrong
I really like you
I'm just not ready
To say I love you, too
It's hard for me
To say those three words
I said them once before
It tore apart my world
I don't take lightly
Saying I love you
I only say them
When I know it's true
So there's nothing I can say
There's nothing I can do
When you say I love you
Except I like you, too
