What Did She Mean
He is a man, so he could be dangerous.
This statement jerks at my brain.
Does this mean women cannot be dangerous?
Does it mean a grizzly bear is not dangerous?
Has every man she has ever met been dangerous?
I walk quickly past her, pretending I am not eavesdropping.
