What Cruel World Would Let Love Slip Away
What cruel world would let love slip away?
What cruel intention does this life offer
when dangling love in front of me
like it hasn't already received my attention!
I fast forward back in time when we were alone
and I was too scared to mention
that I felt a fight or a flight reaction
but I was just lost in direction...
Fast forward to now and I only wanna fast forward
to when we promised life will start in new direction...
I'm amazed by your ways,
by the subtle inclination that you would be mine right now
without any hesitation!
