What Arrogance Is Love

Seeing a pretty girl glance
All I could see was her elegance
I tried to summon up
confidence
Hoping to ask her for a dance.

Thinking of taking a chance
With so much eloquence
I saw myself trying to pounce
Oh why call this arrogance!

What could inspire such a deed
That could break hearts and
render dead
Such gentlemen with noble
breed
It was never a man's greed.

As Gentle as a dove
It was a feeling that drove
Even the status to another
above
That feeling is "LOVE"
