This (like all your deep-poetry) is so very true! ...And sometimes it takes a bit to figure out what your own triggers are! Once my husband was so frustrated over my emotional flashbacks that he just let out this enormous sigh and said, "Is there some way you could just let me know... give me some kind of warning?" And I had to explain that half the time I don't even see it coming!

Ann, I just spent 40 minutes trying to get it on ONE time. You cannot imagine how thrilled I was that it came on twice. Ha!
