What Are You

The madness that took me in and out of my head?
The dagger that pierced my heart and left me for dead?

The road I walked and walked and walked on until my feet got hot?
The place I was taken to and made to get lost?

The tears that fell from me?
The ghost that couldn't let me be?

The pictures I burnt?
The hole that was created in me by the hurt?

The moments I wish could disappear?
The faces I don't want near?

The sounds I don't want to listen to?
The life I don't want to be into?

What are you? What are you?
Everything I never should've run into?
