What a Teacher's Not

A teacher's not a truth or dare
But they might tell a lie.
A teacher's not a punch or kick
But they can make you cry.

A teacher's not a bubble
But they shower or bath.
A teacher's not a comedian
But they can still make you laugh.

A teacher's not the dark
But they can be just as scary.
A teacher's not a pet
But can be just as hairy.

A teacher's not a flower
But can be as thin as a stem.
A teacher's not a word
But there's a meaning for them.

A teacher's not a bully
Which I'm happy about.
A teacher's not a toddler
But they scream and shout.

A teacher's not the sun
But they might feel hot.
And that is everything
A teacher's not!
