We'Ve Missed You

No one's been here
	in this place
reserved for you alone.

Half empty and cold
	it remains
waiting for your return.

In the darkness
	of night
it has soaked in many a tear.

This bedroom,
	this bed,
and this pillow
have all missed
	you and your smile,
	your smooth warm curves,
	the touch of your hands,
the rise and fall of your chest
and the sound of your heartbeat.

I also have missed and wished
	your were here each day
		and each night
	since the last time.
