Welfare

It isn't fair, the system just doesn't care
Poverty is no longer rare
I swear all they do is point and stare
Ministers, ' why have you made life so unfair '
Poverty we cannot bare
Why, can't the rich learn to share
All their know is how to point and snare
'Oh', dare I tell you poverty can leave a man in despair
It is so unfair yet not at all rare
Poverty is definitely unfair
Everyday someone prayers and drops a tear
Don't you think its time we unite and declare
That poverty is neither right nor fair.
