Welcome To My World
Welcome to my world,
a sanctuary of tranquility,
where birds greet me
with their morning songs
as the warmth of the sun
shines on my happy face,
providing a loving embrace.
Welcome to my world,
each day is a special gift
where my heart springs with joy,
burdens are erased and forgotten
as I look about the beauty of
the sweeping and stately willow tree,
and colorful flowers with a buzzing bee.
Welcome to my world,
it is a simple life not full of stress,
enjoying the freedom of relaxation,
being able to feel all my senses,
sight, sound, smell, taste and touch,
an acuteness making me aware
that my existence is quite rare.
