welcome to love's devotion

it is Donnes thine eye, to thine eye
where infatuation collapses
into the depths of adoration
passions mingle into boundless fidelity
poets all echo; two become one
the stars above bellow in glossolalia
the heavens concur
no more loitering conversations
grasping at lingering in the aura
now becomes love's labor
the forever securing of the heart
as lives meld in a spiritual vortex
become one in the One
welcome to love's devotion
a garden that thrives with growth
or becomes dust wandering alone
