I went from a 16 to a six. If motivated, and saying no, yes it works. I worked with other food addicts later. I quit smoking when I was 35. If one has no goal, try neither))) So what if a thing is not easy. I types an enormous amount of Poetry. I never do short short comments as you know Was this easy?no and no....ans so what?
