You are no dork! It sounds so ridiculously simple. But it works. Reminds me of Aristotle" when hungry, eat~ when tired, sleep" bless you Pangie xx

Helli Darlene., There is agreement in the world these things cannot be stopped. So why try? That's crazy. When anyone wants to quit, they will. No lecturing then needed, It's basically true, but tbe world has ready made excuses.,,,Pangie xx

I went from a 16 to a six. If motivated, and saying no, yes it works. I worked with other food addicts later. I quit smoking when I was 35. If one has no goal, try neither))) So what if a thing is not easy. I types an enormous amount of Poetry. I never do short short comments as you know Was this easy?no and no....ans so what? You and Chantelle and Darlene are always there for me. What gifts you are! Pangie xx
