Weeping Woman
Gritting teeth,
Nervous with wonder,
Screaming from the inside.
Eyes dying,
Pouring out their souls,
Waiting for the light.
Hands clenched,
Pulsating with fear,
Like ice ready to shatter.
The key to her beauty,
The key to her pain,
Just out of reach.
Ears ringing,
Cut off from the outside,
Allowing only belittling thoughts flow through.
Wool cloth,
Constricting and bothersome,
Shielding from the cold and bitter truth.
Rage beyond her,
Pain all around,
Jealousy seeps from within.
World is watching,
Does it see her?
Just needing acceptance….
