Weep Not For Mohbad
I implore you not to weep for Mohbad, friends
There is no point shedding crocodile tears,
For he is a microcosm of millions of Mohbads world over,
Who their fellow human beings
And an unjust oppressive system has failed
A system which works only for the affluent,
A system where friends flip flop like peter in the book of life
Weep not for Mohbad friends,
For a billion crocodile tears will not resonate in his ears
Or cause him to stir in the dump, where those he trusted
And kept fate with condemned him to calunmy
Weep not for Mohbad, he is our victim
We failed him big time; Are we not supposed to be our brothers keeper?
Thankfully, in the face of tyranny and oppression, he fought a good fight; chosing to stand up and be counted, instead of allowing himself to be steamrolled by the forces of oppression and suppression
Indeed the world is not a bed of roses,
History of the world is littered with carcasses of oppression, with hardly any modicum of checks and balances
Weep not for Mohbad friends, he does not need our crocodile tears, he has triumphed over fear and death; and victoriously crossed over to carry on his battle against tyranny. Rest well Mohbad (Imole).
