Wedding Dress

She loves the dress It fits so perfectly right She’s happy going to bed now She will sleep In peace tonight He’s packing his luggage Coming from the usa He is so excited Can’t wait for his wedding day She wakes up this morning She feels a pain in her chest Gone to the doctor He Send her for some test They talk on the phone She sound so tired to night He said sweet dreams love you But he knows something's not right She picks up the dress Open the closet door Has to go to the doctor Appointment at four He takes a taxi to the airport Now he sits in the plane Can’t wait to hug her Feel her in his arms again The doctor says sit down Got the results for the test You got cancer and it has Spread though out her chest He’s thinking of her He love her so much He wants to wake next to her Forever feeling her touch We have no time to waste Need to operate right away Trying to save her life But she died that day He was greeted with sad faces He holds his head and screams The wedding dress in the closet Was suppose to start their dreams At her burial he falls on the casket Hugs it hang his head and cries As the thunder cracks And rain falls from the skies He drove his car over a cliff because his life was a living hell the priest say she went to heaven And become an angel And there’s wedding dress Behind a closet door With very special meaning never to be wore Not all in this life Ends like we want it to Thank you for reading my poem very special friend i love you
