Weather Whether It Be
Weather whether it be
The sweet psychedelic taste in my cup changes me
I feel like eating a banana in the highest of trees
I ride upon the Elephant along the rivers and leaves
A green Frog sits on a rock with his orange eyes that agrees
A Lemon yellow Giraffe stretches his neck and licks some water from a puddle his reflection he sees
A lion gets the letters from the postman saying “would you like to buy these”
The crocodile slips around in fury looking for something to please
Spiders crawl up branches to the light opening to see a blue sky amongst all this ever changing greens
I sit upon a high tree in the jungle and wonder how long it will be before all this will be gone and I cry and beg to the edge of heaven to the opening of the seas.
