Weather the Storm

A mind filled with tumultuous clouds.
Tinged red with anger.
Thoughts striking like thunder bolts
Fill your mind with noise.
And a count of three.
And another thought strikes.
The what, the why, the how.
Questions rain down on you
Drowning you in a downpour of doubts.
And Breath.
Look for the rainbow on a rainy day.
The sun that peeks from behind a cloud.
The sunrise on a summers day.
Look beyond the storm.

And shine
