Weakness

She kissed him goodbye
For the very last time
She help back tears
And told him she was fine
She felt his hand on her skin
Which was already cold
She'd go without a fight
Scars just a few hours old
He knew it was over
Only God could save her now
All he could do was watch
But he didn't know how
Wait for me he screams
But she barely hears his cries
Without hesitation he grabs the
blade, together they slowly dies

Echoes of Romeo and Juliet, Sally. Star crossed lovers. Poetry is the way to deal with such sadness, true.
