Weak

I watched you sleep
For, I could not

Your at peace
I struggle not to wake you

Wanting to touch your skin
But dare not

A moment of weakness
Might have made a difference

Now you are awake
I am miles away

Haunting memories
Of what could have been

Can it still be
I always ask myself

Did you awaken me
Was the answer
