We the people have the primary responsibility to keep this country strong. When we give up on the government, we give up on ourselves.
We the People By Franklin Price 1/11/2017 We the people, through God's hand, Were made caretakers of this land The founding fathers understood What they defined was more than good Many times through many years We've made mistakes, shed many tears Their plan has stood the test of time To give up now would be a crime Has not been easy. I'm here to tell The Civil War a living hell Could have been the end back then We came together once again Conflicts came and conflicts went From president to president The system worked or mostly so Got through it all, so far, I know Now we're on another verge Some say beginning of a dirge It's just a presidential thing The people still make freedom ring
