We Miss You Bob

Three years have passed
In the blink of an eye
God took you from us
We often wonder why

Nothing can hurt you any more
We are glad to know you are safe
We carry on in our lives and await the day
When we will meet again in a better place

You are forever now
In God's great care
No more need to search
For answers anywhere

We think of you always
You are not forgotten
Our lives were enriched by you
Your love for us was awesome

Someday we too will know
The truth of God's great love
And we look forward to our time
to meet in Heaven above

Very lovely and touching, Edith. We have no say in these things, but He knows what's best. Our life on earth is but a limited one and we must make sure that we make it worth living. May your heart be at peace, but let the memory linger for ever more. Take care. // paul

Eileen thank you for your loving remarks. I had posted right away but somehow the post never materialized. Yes, we have our loved ones for the time God allots them to us and then we muddle on. We are blessed to have them for as long as we do so must be thankful for the time we were given. Hope you have had a good summer. Hugs Edith

Mama Bear...I feel the love in your lines. A better day is coming....It is so hard to say goodbye to loved ones. I know...I lost my sweet Mama, but God knows best...We have our memories to keep our hearts warm. Sending love your way

Thank you for your loving remarks. Losing someone is hard but it is harder watching them suffer. God has His reasons and we can't question what they are. Sorry for your loss as well. Love Edith
