Notes About The Poem

We Love Our Majestic and Blue

You’re huge, you’re seismic, you’re mighty and deep,
We love that you don’t really care,
About him or her or anyone at all, 
Still you work within rules that are fair,

Like rising to a peak then calmly cascading,
Pulling everything down to the ground,
Where you crack and crash, burst and boom, 
And you pummel, and punch, and pound,

All the folks that are caught in your fight to the death, 
Where you tell them to escape or die,
Where you give them a chance to rise up to the top, 
Or to simply just say goodbye.

And everyone loves your turbulent power, 
Your free energy heading to land,
We all love you throwing us round like a doll, 
Our majestic blue wave on the sand.
