We have both lost weight since we retired
I have lost eighteen pounds since I retired
one year ago
my girlfriend retired the same day
she has lost twenty-eight pounds
she exercises between one and three hours a day
I sit in a chair and play word games, draw cartoons or paint
she swims, walks, and uses a treadmill
I walk to the refrigerator and get snacks
I feel I am winning this contest
