We Are Wolves
Come brother wolf,
I call to you from
the depths of my soul...
Spectre of light
in this dark world;
unchained glow
in midnight hour...
Come, pay homage
to siblings
slaughtered,
for political gain.
Those who tip
the fragile balance
will pay;
we will watch
from the ever after.
We are wolves
we guard the trees
who bleed oxygen.
Those who massacre us..
starve their own lungs.
They forget
that we are wolves
and because of us
they thrive.
