Multifaceted dialect, adorned in golden intellect. We are stories to tell and being told, legacies never growing old. As young as birth when eyes first see, at first conception, heart’s first beat. Laid to rest like flower to the ground, When heartbeat no longer gives a sound. Our souls now rising, this life departs, Having Christ as Savior in our hearts. We are songs sung beautifully, like birds in air and whales at sea. Great boughs like lifted arms in praise, rainbows our promise across skyways. Sundown tears of sorrow's rain, and soon sun-risen smiles again. We are stars dancing with twinkle and shine, flirting with the night, for an unforgettable time. Songs of summer, chords of winter, a gentle stroke or a painful splinter. A flirty breeze, a gently churn, a wispy wind, a chafing burn. We are like gardens over grown, Like a hearty harvest abundance sown. We are timeless, and we never die, Although we depart, take to the sky. Our soulful words a legacy, to live again, forever be.
