We Are All the Same

I am beautiful

 I am Incredible

 I am you

 and you are me.

 People always trying to put you down

 we don't have time for this negative .

 We don't have long

 on this earth you see.

 There no such thing as

 being born on the wrong

 side of the tracks,

 or people that calling other people

 white trash.

 There is no white or black

 it just low self-esteem you may lack.

 if we tried cutting our self's

 we would bleed out ,

 our blood would run down

 the side walk and into the

 same cement crack.

 

  I am blessed

 I am a good person

 I am a child of God

 we are all made from

 the same sod.

 Your hair might be blonde, black,

 curly, or gray.

 God put us all on this earth so try to get along,

  that is all I am trying to say.

 This is my words

 this is my poem,

 I am not pointing fingers

 so please don't get me wrong.

 God put us all on this earth

  and just  praying in hope's
 
 we may try to get a long.

 

I am you and you are me

now lets hold or shake hands,

 You are beautiful

 You are strong,

 even if  drive different cars

 or stay in and drink hot chocolate

 or go out and get drunk after
 
 going to the bars.

 I try to live my life right

 remember Jesus loves us 

 and forgive us for our sins .


 If we are rich or if we are poor

 or if we talk this way or if we talk that way

 don't try to change .

  Life  started off in God hands

  that  he used for us all

   by  using the same clay.
