Dear God
We are aerial butterflies caught in the palm of your hands
Only when you blow breath towards our broken wings
can we truly feel your healing power
You are the transmitter of messages, the one authentic truth
Protect us from the misconceptions of a wayward world
Keep us safe in your embrace and help us mend
Inside this world of uncertainty, what will tomorrow bring ?
entwined in you, life loses its sting despite everything.
