We All Need a Village
We all need a village
to be there to help us through
the pressures of our daily life
and the things we have to do
To help us through the darkness
and the whisperings in our head
of all the things which can go wrong
and all the things we dread
So if you have a village
of people who are true
make sure that you are true to them
and you do what you can do
To help them in their bad times
and be there to see them through
and to know if they were needed
they would do the same for you
Your village may be one person
or it may be quite a few
but there will be times, there is no doubt
when your village will also need you.
