Waterflow

Waterflow

Water falls in drops of liquid pearl
 Landing on my head first
Then down my nose and my shoulders
 Dripping down my members.

In thirst I lift my head up to drink
 The water descends cleansing
Taking in its flow all the toxins
And leaves a revived sense of being.

The words You softly whisper in my mind
Are like water of the purest kind
They take away my fears at night
And make me feel so alive.

For Your love is like a spring of life
That ever flows from on high.

You bring happiness, beauty and quiet serenity with your words. I'm really not as olden or golden as I sounded in the poem!) Love Lizzie
