Water

The waves roll in crashing onto the shore
Just like my tormentors banging on my door.

I fight so hard to keep them out but they don't go away
They just scream and shout.

In to the sea the drag me deep on to the sea bed
Where the fish's sleep

But it's quiet here with no one around no more confusion
Head not spinning around

They have made my pain go away but to keep this peace
Here I must stay..

I like your poem, I think the second stanza has a wonderful leap and turn and sound and feels a lot like the waves. I don't know if this is a first draft but I think you did well if it is.
