Watching Through Listening Ears

Blind from birth believing, seeing
All he needed to see
A bold witness to truth
Undeniable faith, unshaken and piercing
Through darkness overshadowed by night

Blind from birth, both
Eyes open, casting silhouettes
On one who heal
Pressing his way forward

Hear him out
Loud through silence
Speaking in faith
 
Joy exposed
To one

Danetta Barney November 29, 2015 at 10:58 PM I just realized that I didn't I need to rewrite this poem. It's suppose to contain stanzas of 5 lines, then 4 lines, then 3 lines, then 2 lines, ending with one word. This was my first time trying my hand at this form of poetry. I'm still learning.
