Watch Serenity
nothing can hinder; and; nothing can delay
light guides our hearts
towards the purest, truthful,
gains along our way
the deeper sorrow carves into your being,
the more joy you become able to contain.
familiar as we are;
towards these seasons of change
watch with serenity
walk alongside me, its simple this way
together we can view winters of grief oppose deserts of pain
continue dissolving the mist that drifts away
yet again, at dawn,
whilst leaving a shield of dew,
only to rise and gather into clouds
which then falls down in rain,
again mine to pursue
its a time to refresh, renew,
it is as if our ripeness and fullness of heart
that we are again,
serene, then given back to the wind and,... again, scattered apart
so too, watch with serenity, gracefully
accepting all the seasons of your precious heart
