Wasted Time
Hey guys! Sorry it's been a while since I posted new poetry but again, stuff happened and we all have lives, anyway, here are some newer poems and plus, I had an idea of updating my book The Emotions Within Me: Depression and Love and still writing poems for my new poetry book (It was Broken Hearts Are Never Easy, but now i have no title cause I got new ideas for the book. But without further adieu, here is my newest poem Wasted Time, please enjoy!!
It's always hard to move on,
It's always hard not to think of you,
But no matter how hard or painful,
I know I can't think of you,
I know I can't cry anymore,
I can't worry about you,
Because it's all wasted time.
It was all wasted energy,
I can't keep wasting what strength I have,
Over you and your feelings.
I have to think of me,
And what I have to do for me.
I have to think of my future,
And my own life.
You can't be in my life,
You can't come back to me,
And hope for our love to grow.
You know you hurt me,
And you know that it's painful,
Everytime I think of you.
Do not come back,
Because you know it's wrong.
You can't love me,
You can't waste my time...
